It is 3A Resistance Type Axial Fuse. An electric fuse is called the tripping elements that protect the devices used in alternative and direct current circuits and the conductors of these devices from excessive currents and save the circuits and the device from damage.

The difference of resistance type fuses from normal fuses is that they have a resistance value in good condition. They are generally produced at low ohm values (below 200 ohms).
