Automatic Material System (AMS) is an automatic filament changing system developed by Bambu Lab for their P1 and X1 series printers. This system allows the printer to automatically load and change filaments of different colors or materials without requiring users to manually change the filament during printing. By connecting four AMS units to a single machine, you can print with up to 16 different colors simultaneously, eliminating the time loss associated with processes like painting.
