High thermal conductivity to ensure uniform nozzle temperature during printing and feeding stability of filament, thus improving the printing speed and also the printing quality.

Special processing tecknology and post-treatment to ensure the nozzle orifice is free of burrs, smooth and no residue within the aperture. Less than Ra0.4 of bore roughness and improved finish with less adhesion; the minimum aperture is 0.1mm for laboratory applications to ensure high-quality printing.
