You can use this board for transform Teensy development board to Arduino form and plug shields.
This board, which has Arduino R3 design, additionally has clock battery for Real-Time Clock(RTC) circuit, JST battery connector, barrel jack and ICSP header connection for using this board at 4-12V input voltage range. This board based on design of Teensy LC, but still provides you to use all functions of Teensy 3.1. Board is sent as kit, so headers are solderless.
