This board contains GY-NEO6MV2 module on it. You can use this board for position tracking in many projects especially in flight controller systems. This is a high quality module that has a high sensitivity. It has a approximate 5 meters of sensitivity.
It comes with an assemblied 25x25mm ceramic antenna. The board has supply voltage input GND connections and Rx/Tx pins on it. It can be used with many microcontroller plaform particularly with Arduino.
